333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Friday - 10 October
Regular Training at the Armouries, 1800 hrs

Dress for Cadets: 3C - Winter Dress (turtleneck, tunic, pants, boots, wedge)

-Warrant Officer Merit Boards will take place throughout the night

-Any cadet who has raised money for the FUN RUN is asked to bring their funds this Friday!

Saturday - 11 October 
Band: 0830-1100hrs at the Armouries
Drill: 1115-1300hrs at the Armouries
Guard: 1300-1400hrs at the Armouries

Sunday - 12 October 
No activities due to Thanksgiving!

Please note that the dress for all squadron practices (Band, Drill, Guard, Marksmanship, Biathlon, etc.) is appropriate civilian attire unless otherwise indicated. Friday night training is in uniform.
