333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Friday - 16 January
Regular Training at the Armouries, 1800hrs
Dress: Winter Dress - C3 (tunic, sweater, pants, boots, wedge, parka)

Saturday - 17 January
Band: 0830-1100hrs at Building D15
Drill: 1115-1400hrs at Building D15
RC Flying: 1800-2000hrs at Building D15

Sunday - 18 January
Marksmanship: 1800-2100hrs at the Armouries
*NEW* Scale-model Building: 1800-2100 hrs at the Armouries
All cadets are welcome to take part in this activity which involves learning to build small scale model aircraft. The cadets will take part in a competition sometime in April.
