333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Friday - 10 April

Regular Training - CO's Parade
Dress: C1 (full uniform, shirt and tie)
Timings: 1800-2100hrs at the Armouries

*Cadets who have a copy of From the Ground Up, please return!
**Although it is past the deadline, cadets who wish to apply for summer camp are encouraged to do so ASAP.

Saturday - 11 April
Guard: 0830-1100hrs at the Armouries
RC Flying: 1800-2100hrs at Building H12

Bottle Drive at the FREX: 0800-1600hrs (Cadets are expected to sign up on Friday for 2-3hr shifts, attendance is in uniform!)
*The band is to be at the Frex for 1100hrs with instruments

Good luck to Sgt Casey who will be representing 333 at the Provincial Effective Speaking Competition, Government House!
