333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

*** FIRST NIGHT of TRAINING- September 2015  

Hard to believe 13 weeks have passed since we our 72nd ACR in May. Our Training staff has been working hard all summer to plan an exciting training schedule for 2015-16, and our SSC has been working to create exciting activities for 2015-16 as well.. 


1st training night - Sept 2015: 

When:  Friday 11 Sept 2015  , 6:00 - 830pm  ( 1800-2030hrs) - shorter night due to some cadets helping at the NBEx (FrEx)

Where: Armouries - 3 Caleton Street - * please use the entrance facing the river* - accessible from the city parking lot from York street entrance.
Dress:  Civilian Clothing ( no uniform) 

Note:  ** our uniform supply store will be open, for replacements only.  If you have uniform pieces that do not fit, please bring them in. **


Saturday - Sept 12th 

- 333 RCACS is helping out at the NBEx ( FrEx)  we will be scheduling some cadets to assist during the day Saturday.  Shifts are available from 9am to 9pm.  Scheduling will be confirmed Friday night.
- We can also use some more parent volunteers to assist with the FrEx as well. More to follow on Friday.


Sunday Sept 13th (UPDATED Sept 11 2015 - 1100pm)

- Level 4 cadets will be involved in a leadership assignment regarding our fundraising at the NBEx  ( FrEx).  Bottles collected all week need to be sorted.

Meet at 1245pm - Frex Grounds ( behind the OLD YMCA - not the main entrance to the old Y.. but behind it)
Bring Gloves and Closed toe Shoes. 



- MINI BAND practice for selected cadets - Battle of Britain Band - (6-8pm) - tentative - More to follow  (CANCELLED )
