333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Notes 


Level 3 Cadets: A reminder that we will be conducting the remainder of the Drill Instructional Techniques Evaluations on Friday. Please bring your lesson plan and come prepared!


Level 4 Cadets: A reminder that your combined 431/432/436/437 Aviation Evaluation is this Friday. Please review your notes on the following class subjects: Principles of Flight (M431), Aero Engines (M432), Meteorology (M436) and Navigation (M437). We will be conducting a thorough review of the material prior to your exam, however it is strongly recommended you review your notes. This evaluation is required to pass your Level 4 training.


Level 5+ Cadets: A reminder that we will be having our Warrant Officer Merit Review Boards this Sunday. Captain Ford will have a meeting with those who are interested to entertain any questions you may have regarding the interviews on Friday night.


333 Coffee FundraiserA reminder to all cadets that our coffee fundraiser is well underway. Sell as many bags of coffee as you can! Do your best!

Dress: C1 (Dress shirt, Tie, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Wedge, Medals)


Notes: This event is open to eligible level 5 cadets at the rank of FSgt and above. We will be providing a 2.5 hour window per candidate group, registration for time slots will occur on Friday. Please arrive in advance to your designated time slot. Ensure to bring your updated resume to the interview.
