333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Dress:  C3 (Turtleneck, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Wedge, Ribbons, etc.)


Important Notices: 


 Cadets who are applying for National Courses (Glider Pilot, Power Pilot, Airport Operations, Aircraft Maintenance, Advanced Aerospace, International Exchange) are reminded that they must bring their narrative and June 2017 report card to Captain Diotte. Applications for all other courses will be addressed in early 2018.  
  





Saturday - Remembrance Day Ceremony - Nov 11, 2017:

When: Saturday Nov 11 2017, 9:45am - 12:00pm (approx.)
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street
Dress: C1 (Dress Shirt, Tie, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Wedge, Medals) and Parka w/ Black Gloves. Cadets must bring both wedge and toque in case of cold weather.

This is a mandatory event and participation will be noted. All Cadets will arrive at the Carleton Street Armoury no later than 9:45 am, parade will begin at 10:30 am. Cadets will be dismissed after the parade. We recommend parents to attend the ceremony. All other regular optional activities are cancelled for Saturday.

Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street
Dress: Civilian Attire (Warm clothing)
