333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Dress: C3 (Turtleneck, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Wedge, Ribbons, Parka, etc.) 

Level 2 & 3 will be going for a tour of the Legislature. Please be sure to bring a parka and gloves and the cadets will be walking.

Kiwanis Tree Sales begin Monday Dec 09 and will run until Dec 19. We are still looking for volunteers. Screened parents are also able to participate as supervisors. Sign-up sheets will be available again this Friday.

Please be sure to bring in any money from coffee sales.


Saturday - Optional Activities - Dec 07, 2019:

Where: Marysville Baptist Church (150 Cowperthwaite St, Fredericton)
Dress: Mess Dress (White Dress Shirt, Bow Tie, Tunic, Pants, boots, Medals, etc.) or C1 (Dress shirt, Tie, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Medals, etc.)  
No headdress required.

All cadets are encouraged to attend the mess dinner! Please notify by Friday if you are not attending.

Monday - Ground School - Dec 09, 2019:

Monday will be the last day of Ground School until the January exam review. Cadets will be having a pajama party with snacks! Cadets will be doing a practice exam and discussing how the entrance exam and scholarship selection process works. Please bring any questions in on Monday.
