333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Friday - 24 April

Regular Training
Timings: 1800-2100hrs at the Armouries
Dress: C3 (winter dress)

Marksmanship team (Good luck to WO2 Stafford, FSgt Brunelle, FSgt Varenholt, Cpl Pimlott and Cpl Varenholt!) will depart for Building N310 (Argonaut) for weekend accommodations.

Saturday - 25 April
Band: 0830-1100hrs at the Armouries
Drill: 1100-1300hrs at the Armouries
Guard: 1300-1400hrs at the Armouries

Aviation Competition (Good Luck to FCpl Filby, FCpl Hickey, Cpl Estafanos, Cpl Bosse-Simard and LAC Schlodder who will be competing!)
Cadets are to be at 403 Squadron, Base Gagetown, no later than 0900hrs. Competition will conclude by 1600hrs. Directions will be provided on Friday.
