333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Friday Night - Regular Training Night - Nov 13th 2015: 

When: Friday 13 Nov 20156:00pm - 9:00pm (Cadets arriving after 6:15 will be marked as late)
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street 
Dress: Winter Dress - C3 (Turtle Neck, Tunic, Pants, Parkas, etc.)

Level 2 Cadets: Please ensure to bring your parkas as we will be walking to the Legislative Assembly for an educational tour.

Saturday - Optional Activities - Nov 14th 2015:

When: Saturday 14 Nov 2015, 8:30am - 1:00pm
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street 
Dress: Civilian Attire

Band: 8:30am - 11:00am (Open to all who want to learn an instrument)

Drill Team: 11:00am - 12:00pm (Open to all cadets who wish to improve their drill)
  
Guard: 12:00pm - 1:00pm (Open  to all Cadets Level 2 and above, Level 1 may still observe and learn for next year)


Sunday - Optional Activities - Nov 15th 2015:

When: Sunday 15 Nov 2015, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street
Dress: Civilian Attire 


Marksmanship: 6:00 - 9:00pm

*New* Model Building: 6:00 - 9:00pm  (It's our first night of Model Building! Everyone is welcomed to join! Come learn about and build airplane models - it's a great social activity!)

*Important* Biathlon Competition - Biathletes are to meet at the Lindsey Valley Lodge (just beyond Camp Argonaut, CFB Gagetown) NLT 9:00am. Additional information will be provided on Friday.


Monday - Flying Scholarship (Ground School) - Nov 16th 2015

When: Monday 16 Nov 2015, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Where: Fredericton Airport (MFC Classroom - 2nd Floor Main Terminal Building) 
Dress: Civilian Attire
