333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Saturday - Orienteering Competition Day 1: For those who signed up for the Orienteering Competition, training day begins at O'Dell park (lower parking lot) at 9:30am. Training ends between 3:30pm and 4:00pm. Lunch will be provided.

Sunday - Orienteering Competition Day 2:  Competition will be held at TreeGo in Mactaquac. Registration commences at 9:00am, please arrive NLT 8:30am, official start at 11:00am. Competition should be over at 2:00pm. Lunch will be provided.

When: Monday Oct 21, 2019, 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street
Dress: Civilian Attire

We will be starting classes for power pilot applicants this week.
