333 Fredericton Air Cadet Squadron was chartered on the 16th of October 1943 and was originally formed as a high school squadron. In 1958, Lord Beaverbrook, then Chancellor of the University of New Brunswick, gave the squadron permission to carry his name. A native of N.B., Lord Beaverbrook had been Minister of Aircraft Production in Winston Churchill’s cabinet during World War II. The Squadron was also named as the permanent custodian of Lord Beaverbrook’s personal coat of arms designed by Rudyard Kipling in 1917.

Monday - Remembrance Day Parade - Nov 11, 2019:

When: Monday Nov 11 2019, 9:30am - 12:00pm 
Where: Carleton Street Armoury - 3 Carleton Street
Dress: C1 (Dress Shirt, Tie, Tunic, Pants, Boots, Medals, Parka, Toque, Black Gloves) 

Please wear your parka, toque, a pair of black gloves, and poppy. If you do not have a uniform, please wear appropriate, warm civilian dress.

This parade is a mandatory event. Cadets are to arrive at the Carleton Street Armoury in uniform no later than 9:30 am. Cadets' uniforms will undergo a visual inspection prior to the parade, please ensure they are properly maintained. Cadets will then be forming up as the squadron at 10:15 am and marching in the parade to the Cenotaph for the 10:30 am service. Cadets will be dismissed once the parade and service ends (before noon).

All Band Members are to bring their instruments and sheet music.
